Focused on all of the foundational movements rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original methods. Connecting to your breath, spine, and powerhouse. Every movement with intention & purpose.

RESTORE
Mobility, recovery, functional range of motion.
A more relaxed pace class meant to help you recover. We focus on holding longer stretches, deeper breaths, and grounding back into our bodies, think of this as a “yogalates” class.
Perfect for a rest or reset day.

POWER
High energy, elevated heart rate, dynamic strength.
Combines all of our foundational movements with layering and use of props. Quicker paced sculpt style class meant to get the heart going with faster transitions in between moves.
Will leave you feeling energized for the rest of the day!

BARRE
Low-impact strength, controlled movement, intentional burn.
A full-body class that blends small, controlled movements with longer holds and high repetition to build strength and stability. Uses the barre and light props to target the legs, glutes, core, and arms with a steady, rhythmic flow.
Expect focused work, strong alignment cues, and a satisfying burn — all while staying grounded and supported.

SEMI-PRIVATES
Curated, intimate setting, hands on corrections.
Our semi-private class includes 3 reformer machines, perfect for that 1:1 feel- provided by an intimate class size.
Full body class working each muscle group equally with the support and guidance from the apparatus as well as your instructor.
