No worries, we offer a variety of classes to choose from and with expert guidance from our instructors- there is always modifications offered as well as hands on corrections. Always be sure to notify your instructor of any injuries or pregnancy. Your safety is our #1 priority!

Please bring:
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
Grip socks (recommended for safety and stability)
A water bottle
Optional: mat
We provide:
Mats and props
A calm, welcoming environment
Guidance throughout class
If you don’t have grip socks yet, they’ll be available for purchase at the studio.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable before class begins.
If it is your first time with us- make to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class to fill out any waivers.

Please notify the instructor of any injuries beforehand. We recommend booking a private class prior to joining any group classes if you have:
Recent Injuries: Sprains, strains, or minor fractures from the past few weeks.
Chronic Pain: Ongoing discomfort that has lasted for an extended period.
Back Issues: Conditions like herniated discs or chronic back pain.
Joint Problems: Issues like arthritis or tendonitis.
Post-Surgery: Recovery from recent surgical procedures.
Rehabilitation: Undergoing physical therapy for specific injuries.
Cardiovascular Conditions: Heart-related issues requiring exercise modifications.
Orthopedic Concerns: Limitations such as fractures or osteoporosis.
Neurological Conditions: Disorders affecting movement and coordination.
Balance and Stability Issues: Concerns regarding stability during movement.
Pre-existing Conditions: Any medical condition needing special attention.

If you're pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in classes.

We encourage you to prioritize rest and recovery if you are not feeling well. Stay home and take care of yourself, listen to your body always. To avoid any cancellation fees per our policy, remember to cancel class 8 hours in advance.

To ensure a safe and uninterrupted class experience, we offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has begun, we may not be able to allow entry.
This policy helps maintain the flow of class and ensures everyone’s safety. Late arrivals will still be charged for the session.
Thank you for understanding and helping us create a focused, respectful space for all.

If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 10 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. Please note that if you do not cancel in time you will lose the class credit.
For privates and semi-privates, please cancel within 10 hours to avoid losing your session and paying cancellation fees.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with courtesy and mindfulness. Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or judgmental behavior. Good Posture Pilates is a community free of judgment, assumption, and shame.4. Studio Etiquette
Arrive on time, silence devices, and respect the shared space and equipment. Personal belongings should be stored appropriately, and cleanliness should be maintained before and after class.5. Confidentiality & Community
Respect the privacy of others. What is shared or expressed within our studio stays within our community.6. Accountability
Good Posture Pilates reserves the right to cancel sessions or request removal from the studio for any person acting in defiance of this code or engaging in behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the space. -
