There are several ways you can practice Pilates.:
• Take a Pilates class with a qualified Pilates teacher. Classes generally use mats and are mostly floor-exercise based. Don’t worry if you lack flexibility or have an injury. The Pilates instructor will give you alternative exercises.
• Use a Pilates machine at a gym. They look a bit like instruments of torture so ask for help to not injure yourself.
• Exercise at home using a Pilates video. Here is a couple of free Pilates workout videos found on YouTube.
